Bio: Georgi Todorov Kaloyanchev (Kalata) enrolled in the former Theater School in Sofia. Immediately after graduating from the institute, Kaloyanchev was accepted into the troupe of the National Theatre. He made his film debut with Morning Over the Homeland (1951). He was best known for his comedic roles in numerous films during the Golden Age of Bulgarian cinema.
